Failure to comply with these terms may result in the termination of your seller account and any associated listings. - Subscription Content
Subscriptions to our digital content grant you access to specific materials during the subscription period. This access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share or distribute subscription content with others. - Limitation of Liability
We strive to provide accurate and high-quality products from both us and our third party sellers, but we can not always guarantee the same principle from products or services of our third party sellers. If there are unresolved disputes between sellers/artists and customers that are within the refund or creative production period, then we will investigate in such cases and decide to take action according to our refund policy. We have the right to terminate a seller´s account if we notice any unlawful or harmful intention from third party sellers and artists, but we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of third party products or services. - Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the international law. If you notice any problematic or illegal content, please contact us immediately so that we can remove the illegal content. - Modifications
