Shipping Time for custom printed merch like shirts, textiles, mugs, phone cases, merch, etc., will take approximately 6 to 10 working days. Please note that this time frame is an estimate and may vary depending on your location and shipping carrier.
Note: Please be aware that fulfillment will add 2-5 business days. So in total could amount up to 12 days or more.

If you want us or other artists to design a character, environment or any design, you can hire artists in the artwork section to create the design for your merch!
There may be delays in holiday seasons or due to logistics overload. We know no one wants their product to arrive late, but our logistic partners are working hard to deliver countless packages to customers. So please allow for 2-3 more days.
In case it does not arrive at all or if the delay is longer than 7-8 days then you may ask for a refund.
Refunds for products from Print shop will be issued for under the following conditions:
a. The product arrives in a damaged condition.
b. The wrong product is delivered instead of the one ordered.
c. The product does not arrive at all.
Selling Prints
Yes, shipping fee and all related costs (delivery to customer) needs to be covered by the seller or artist.
In order to create a print-on-demand product, you need to connect to our third party service “printful”. Head to your seller dashboard, then go to settings tab and then click on printful. From there you can connect to printful. It will lead you to the printful app, where yo ucan create a product on printful web app. After creating it on printful app, it will automatically export it to your seller’s dashboard on xshaded.com.
You can sell a wide variety of custom-made physical and digital products on our marketplace. This includes items that can be professionally printed on demand, such as apparel (t-shirts, hoodies, hats), home decor (posters, canvas prints, textiles), and accessories (mugs, mouse pads, phone cases, and more) — as well as digital works like art, 3D models, presets, and game assets.
Please note that all sellers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal rights to the designs, images, or content they upload.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Head to your seller dashboard, and then go to orders tab. From there you can find you’ll find more insights about your customer, where to deliver your product.
Print your post label for your package and bring it to your nearest post office to deliver.
