As an artist, your earning rate gradually increasses as you reach higher levels based on your total sales:

• Level 1: 12% commission (you keep 88%)
• Level 2: 10% commission (you keep 90%)
• Level 3: 8% commission  (you keep 92%)
• Level 4: 6% commission (you keep 94%)
  
  

This transparent fee structure rewards successful artists with lower commission rates, allowing you to keep more of your earnings as your journey grows on XShaded.

After successful delivery (48 hours) and no disputes have arisen within 72 hours (3 days) after purchase, the purchase will then be marked as completed. This allows time for any potential issues to arise. During this period, the payment is securely held by XShaded to ensure a smooth experience.

The withheld transaction amount will be transferred to the seller after 72 hours (3 days) within 3-5 business days.

The best way to avoid disputes in future is to deliver the item on time and make sure to always have proof of delivery.

• Record an in-game video of delivering the item to the buyer.
• Make screenshots of in-game communications, items, account/character names etc.

Tipp: Keep your “Proof of delivery” for at least 5-7 days before you delete them.
